Is it Dactylorhiza fuchsii?

I uncovered this nice Dactylorhiza in Haute-Savoie in an subalpine meadow not far from a lonely Burnt orchid I presented here a few days ago. I first thought it might have been Dactylorhiza maculata but then again, after a thorough examination, I tend to eventually think that this plant is actually  D. fuchsii, a taxon I have already seen in the wild on several occasions these last years.

The problem is that, when it comes European orchids, my field experience is somehow limited and despite my ongoing efforts, the Dactylorhiza taxonomy is a complicated and a confusing one. To cron it all, I have yet to see D. maculatain situ and I don't really know the extent of D. fuchsii variation.

However, it seems to me that, among other features, the way the labellum is divided into three parts is a reliable giveaway for D. fuchsii and I really think this is the species I am dealing with here. Do you agree with this identification?
